"Pick up time on 20/08/2017 needs to be changed 05:30. Pick up time on 04/09/2017 needs to be changed to 05:45 please. The system added one hour to the times I booked, when I clicked payment so this needs to be rectified. I called yesterday about this and Mohammed said he would confirm this by email, but there was a system problem yesterday. I have not had an email to say the pick up times have been changed as yet. Please confirm by email as soon as possible."
