"After dealing with the previous idiots from Blue Sky Cars who text me from Pakistan straight after I paid for the booking and tried to rip me off for additional payments - Taxi Code called me and immediately allocated a new driver from Welwyn Taxis Limited, my flight from Dubai to the UK then landed 1 hour early, I turned on my phone and the driver from Welwyn Taxis was already in the terminal waiting for me, given it was 4.45am I thought this was excellent - I was very happy"

"Driver was supposed to meet me inside the terminal. I messaged him 2 hours before the flight saying it was delayed. He was still late and I had to walk 15 minutes to reach the car park when he wasn’t even there. He asked me what zone I was in and I told him. He still did not manage to show up. I had told him he needs to hurry because I was about to miss my flight at Heathrow. He had terrible communication and would not pick up the phone when I called or message. I would appreciate a refund because I had to pay £100 for YOUR service AND a Hackney Cab because I did not want to miss my flight "
